NOW Magazine wants you to buy The Edible City!
Coach House has come up with another intriguing T.O.-based anthology, this one focusing on food and how it gets to our tables. The Edible City ($24.95) is crammed with essays by chefs, foodies and politicos – including NOW food policy guru Wayne Roberts – committed to nourishing our city. Roberts joins fellow contributors Lorraine Johnson and Shawn Micallef for a panel Wednesday (December 2).
