Guy Maddin's visit to EbertFest profiled

The News-Gazette of Champaign, Illinois, covers Guy Maddin's upcoming visit to EbertFest, where Roger Ebert, the renowned film critic and Maddin fan, will screen the director's latest work, My Winnipeg. EbertFest audiences will be among the first to see the brand new book companion to the film:

'Maddin plans to bring with him copies of the My Winnipeg companion book, released just last week. Its 192 pages include photographs, the narration, dialogue, annotations, trivia and other things that did not fit into the 80-minute movie, which Ebert wrote in November has kept stirring around in his mind.'
