Gail Scott the focus of latest issue of Open Letter
The Summer 2012 issue of Open Letter, the journal of critical and theoretical discussions of poetics and Canadian culture published out of the University of Western Ontario, centres on the work of Gail Scott (The Obituary, Biting the Error, Spare Parts Plus Two). Titled 'Gail Scott: Sentences on the Wall,' the issue contains essays by Meredith Quartermain and Matthew Halse on The Obituary, as well as pieces by Fred Wah, George Bowering, Renée Gladman, Robert Gluck and many others.
