Sept 25 | Coach House at Word on the Street
Word on the Street Toronto is a who's who of Canadian literary talent. It's kind of like the film festival, except the stars are approachable, friendly, articulate and unaccompanied by sociopathic bodyguards.
We'll be selling books all day at the Coach House table (booth 126, near the northern entrance). Also, be sure to catch readings by several talented Coach House writers, including:
11 p.m.
Sean Dixon (author of The Many Revenges of Kip Flynn) at the VIbrant Voices of Ontario Tent with Farzana Doctor, David Penhale, and Jim Nason.
11 p.m.
Dorothy Ellen Palmer talking about the experience of publishing her debut novel, When Fenelon Falls, at the Wordshop Marquee, with Julie Booker.
1 p.m.
Jenny Sampirisi (author of the brand new poetry collection, Croak) at the Great Books Marquee with Martha Schabas and Alexi Zentner.
2 p.m.
Shawn Micallef (author of Stroll) signs at the Coach House booth.
4:30 p.m.
Helen Guri (author of Match) at the Great Books Marque with Nick Crowe and Anne Perdue.
4:30 p.m.
