Oct 24 | Suzette Mayr and Other Canadian Writers Appear in Seattle
Nearly two-hundred years after the War of 1812, Canadians are now preparing to invade the United States, armed, this time, with books and goodwill.
Lit-heads in the Seattle area should drop by the city's premiere independent bookstore, the Elliot Bay Book Company, on October 24th, to catch Coach House author Suzette Mayr reading from her Giller longlisted title, Monoceros.
Mayr will be accompanied by fellow Canadian authors Kevin Chong, Dennis E. Bolen, and Jen Sookfong Lee.
The event is free of charge.
