Nov 12 | Mark Truscott at Ottawa's Gallery 101

The AB Reading Series, dedicated to showcasing experimental and sound poetry, presents a double header with Coach House author Mark Truscott as well as Wabnaki poet / activist / herbalist Shirley Bear. Truscott's Said Like Reeds or Things challenges the reader with brisk, wise and slightly disorienting micro-poems. His most recent chapbook, Form: A Series, came out this year from Book Thug.

Admission is $7 / $5 for students.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m. The performance gets underway at 8 p.m.
