Jan 28 | New Realisms with a.rawlings

On Friday, January 28, a.rawlings will participate in New Realisms, a one-day colloquium presented by the TransCanada Institute and organized by Larissa Lai and Smaro Kamboureli.

This one-day event will bring together a.rawlings, Aritha van Herk, Daniel Heath Justice, Larissa Lai and Ato Quayson to address how what we have come to know "literary fiction" has outgrown its long-established realist conventions, and will include readings, panels and a round table discussion. All are welcome, and a light lunch and refreshments will be served.
