On Sunday, April 25, Susan Holbrook will participate in REBEL POETS without BORDERS, the second of a two part reading series presented by Indigo Books. The series, Why (?) Poetry, will showcase established and emerging voices in the Canadian poetry landscape to ask the question: is poetry relevant to a contemporary audience? Also reading will be Olive Senior (Gardening in the Tropics), Pier Giorgio Di Cicco (The Visible World), Shaista Justin (Winter, the Unwelcome Visitor) and Gillian Sze (Fish Bones). This free event starts at 2:30 p.m.
