The Torch Songs 1–7 are composed to be performed in private or publicly. Sung privately might also be in a public space (like dancing, especially with someone else). Publicly sung, intimate privacy, these songs are intimate. May also be sung in pairs, or with supportive background. But always remember, you are singing for Liberty, never forget, you are singing for Liberty.
